RZ Consulting provides AI-powered automation and CRM solutions for service businesses, including:

• Omnichannel inbox management (SMS, email, WhatsApp, live chat)
• Lead nurture and follow-up workflow automation
• Reputation and review management systems
• Digital growth strategy consultancy

Full details of available service packages and pricing are outlined in our proposals and client agreements. By enquiring or booking a discovery call, you are not entering into a binding contract — a separate Client Service Agreement governs all paid engagements.

3. Eligibility

By using this website and engaging our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business
• You are accessing our services for legitimate business purposes

4. Payment and Billing

Where services are engaged, the following applies:

• Setup fees are due in full prior to commencement of work
• Monthly retainers are billed automatically on a recurring basis via our payment processor, Stripe
• All prices are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT. RZ Consulting is not currently VAT registered — no VAT is applicable
• Payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions are set out in the Client Service Agreement provided at the point of engagement
• By providing payment details, you authorise RZ Consulting to charge agreed amounts via Stripe in accordance with your agreed package

5. Booking and Discovery Calls

Use of our booking system (accessible at rzconsulting.uk/book) is subject to the following:

• Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation
• Appointment slots are subject to availability
• Please provide accurate contact information when booking
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with reasonable notice via the booking link or by emailing [email protected]

6. Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided in good faith and with reasonable skill and care. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including lead volumes, conversion rates, or revenue results, as these depend on factors outside our control
• Service availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, third-party platform outages, or events beyond our reasonable control
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve our systems and processes at any time

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Account security — keep any login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access
• Data accuracy — ensure all information provided to us is accurate and up to date

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to, HighLevel LLC (our CRM and automation infrastructure) and Stripe (payment processing). Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. RZ Consulting accepts no liability for the actions, outages, or data practices of third-party service providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, workflows, templates, and materials created by RZ Consulting remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use delivered systems for their own business purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of any RZ Consulting materials is prohibited.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

RZ Consulting is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
